Black Cumberland is a old time classic and very popular black raspberry bush that produces high yields of large, juicy and thin skinned raspberries with few seeds.  The medium sized berries are early ripening in mid season by the second year. It has a delicious sweet flavor and is perfect for pies, jams and jellies. Cumberland is very cold hardy and survives in cold temperatures to minus 20F. It is extremely long-lived and grows well in any soil type.
